Many of Johns' books were translated into Dutch:
96 Biggles titles,
1 other junior fiction book (The Junior Detection Club) and Biggles The Movie.
These were all published by different Dutch companies in different
editions. There were also 5 Dutch school books in English with a Dutch
vocabulary.
Apart from these there were also many editions and comics in the Dutch
language published in
Belgium.

A small collection Biggles-rarities.
A short review:
The first Dutch Biggles book is a hard-cover by "De Telg", Amsterdam, 1946:
"Biggles tart het hakenkruis"
In the fifties 12 hard-cover Biggles books where published by
"Born NV", Assen / Amsterdam.
Then came the largest series of all 91 Dutch Biggles books, The Junior
Detection Club and the movie book by "Het Spectrum", Utrecht, in three
different series (with 38 + "De detectiveclub", 91 and 4 titles
respectively), between 1958 and 1985.
In the eighties we had a series of large paperback Biggles books by
publishing company "W&L (Loeb)", Amsterdam (18 titles).
Of these 18 titles publishing company "Verba" (Soest), has recently
republished
17 titles (since 1993)
until now and more will follow in the near future. Nowadays this series will be published
by Ruitenberg.
In 2001 Publisher MIKLO SA started a new series with "Biggles en zijn basis", followed by
"Biggles en de pechvogel" (2002) and "Biggles Vlieger-rechercheur" (2003), all never
previously published in Dutch. In 2009 this series was continued by the I.B.A. itself with "Biggles in Frankrijk" and "Biggles trekt ten strijde" (2010), which also were never previously published in Dutch.

There are 4 Dutch comic Biggles albums by "Semic Press", Amsterdam, from
the seventies:
